• A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit of the total retreat price reserves a confirmed spot.

• The remaining 50 percent is due 14 days before arrival.

• If your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

• All guests must be fully paid before attending.

• Activities require advance coordination and provider availability. A bed does not guarantee every activity for a late request, and our team must confirm availability before payment.

No. Every excursion is guided and nothing is compulsory. Rafting requires that you can swim and are comfortable in moving water, and safety requirements and local guides are confirmed for each selected excursion. Tell us about injuries or conditions when you book and we will shape your three excursions around them.

For adventure with culture and without crowds, the Caribbean. For surf resorts and nightlife, the Pacific. The Caribbean's driest window is usually September and October, the Pacific's wettest, which makes this coast the better bet for an autumn retreat.

Join with your preferred dates, package and guest count (minimum three, maximum six). We review availability and send a written proposal, and you receive written approval before any payment is required. A retreat is confirmed when its minimum guest count or minimum revenue is reached.
