Deposit questions, answered

  • Is the retreat deposit refundable?

    The 50% deposit is nonrefundable once your booking is confirmed. If Casa Del Soul cancels, you receive a full refund including the deposit; if it reschedules, you choose a refund or new dates. If your cancelled spot is filled at the same price, your payments are refunded minus actual unrecoverable costs.

  • When is the balance due?

    Fourteen days before arrival. If your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival, the full amount is due at booking, and every guest must be fully paid before the retreat starts.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    More than 14 days before arrival: refund of anything paid above the deposit. Fourteen days or less: no refund. No-shows and early departures are not refunded. The full policy, including force majeure, is on the cancellation and refund page.

  • What does each package include?

    All three include four nights' accommodation, one chef-prepared meal daily, wellness amenities and the private pool, the open-air yoga deck, daily practices and three excursions. Essential has preset excursions, Signature lets you choose three from five, and Premier lets you choose three from ten including premium options.

How Payment Works

    • A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit of the total retreat price reserves a confirmed spot.

    • The remaining 50 percent is due 14 days before arrival.

    • If your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

    • All guests must be fully paid before attending.

    • Activities require advance coordination and provider availability. A bed does not guarantee every activity for a late request, and our team must confirm availability before payment.

    • More than 14 days before arrival, we refund amounts paid above the deposit. 14 days or less before arrival, no refund. The full Cancellation & Refund Policy contains exceptions.
