Every celebration is private. We plan around your preferred dates, the number of overnight guests, the size of your event gathering, your vendors, and the experiences you select, rather than offering a fixed package.
All prices are shown as starting at and are preliminary starting prices, not all inclusive totals. Catering, décor, photography, music, transportation, excursions, coordination, taxes, and other vendor services are priced separately unless your confirmed proposal specifically includes them.
Casa Del Soul currently accommodates up to 7 overnight guests. Event attendance beyond the overnight group is not promised and must be confirmed after consultation and property review.

A separate refundable security deposit may be required and will be confirmed in the proposal. Cancellation, transfer, and refund terms are shown before deposit and included in your booking confirmation.

How many guests can attend a wedding or celebration?
Casa Del Soul accommodates up to seven overnight guests. Attendance beyond the overnight group for a ceremony or dinner is not promised and is confirmed after consultation and a review of the property and your plan; a separate refundable security deposit may be required.

What does the starting price include?
Starting prices are preliminary and not all-inclusive totals. Catering, decor, photography, music, transportation, excursions, coordination and taxes are priced separately unless your confirmed proposal specifically includes them.

What is there to do in Cahuita for a group?
Snorkel the reef in Cahuita National Park, ride horses on the beach, take the chocolate tour, hire a sunset boat, surf, or do nothing by the pool. Nightlife is about twenty minutes south in Puerto Viejo.

Do we need a car?
Not necessarily. Transportation can be coordinated for arrivals and excursions and is confirmed in your proposal. A rental car is only useful if your group wants to explore independently.

How does booking a celebration work?
Choose your celebration, send your preferred dates and guest details, select any experiences, and request availability. You receive a confirmed written proposal, and only after approval do you reserve with a 50% deposit.
