Wellness and Adventure retreats each run five days and are confirmed once their minimum guest count or minimum revenue is reached. Upcoming dates are being finalized — check availability to begin.
Wellness & Renewal retreats are reserved with a secure 50% deposit. Adventure & Transformation retreats and upcoming dates are confirmed via the waitlist. Standard scheduled retreats require a minimum of three guests and a maximum of six.
Cancellation, transfer, and refund terms are shown before deposit and included in your booking confirmation.

How Payment Works

A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit of the total retreat price reserves a confirmed spot.
The remaining 50 percent is due 14 days before arrival.
If your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at booking.
All guests must be fully paid before attending.
Activities require advance coordination and provider availability. A bed does not guarantee every activity for a late request, and our team must confirm availability before payment.
More than 14 days before arrival, we refund amounts paid above the deposit. 14 days or less before arrival, no refund. The full Cancellation & Refund Policy contains exceptions.

How much does a retreat in Costa Rica cost?
At Casa Del Soul, $2,250 to $3,500 per guest for five days and four nights, including accommodation, one chef-prepared meal daily, daily yoga, meditation and breathwork, use of a red light therapy mask and blanket, and three excursions. Flights, travel insurance and transfers are extra unless your package says otherwise.

How many people are on a retreat?
Three to six guests. The house sleeps up to seven, so a host or facilitator can stay on site. Two groups are never combined: a scheduled retreat is, at most, six people who booked the same dates.

Which package should I choose?
Essential if you want the three preset excursions chosen for you. Signature if you want to pick your three from a short list, for example horseback riding over the waterfall. Premier if you want the full list of ten, including whitewater rafting, ATV, ziplining, a couples massage or a sunset boat. Most guests choose Signature.

What happens if the retreat does not reach its minimum?
A scheduled retreat is confirmed once its minimum guest count or minimum revenue is reached. If Casa Del Soul cancels, you receive a full refund including your deposit; if it reschedules, you choose a full refund or move your payment to the new dates.
