Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this site and any request you submit.

These policies apply to confirmed bookings. Submitting a request does not create a reservation and is not binding until your request is approved in writing and the required payment is cleared. The required payment is the 50 percent deposit when your booking is confirmed more than 14 days before arrival, or the full amount when your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request.

Submitting a request does not confirm dates or create a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after written approval and cleared payment.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are starting prices before tax. Individual prices assume shared occupancy where applicable. A private room supplement for a solo guest may be available, subject to availability.

Applicable taxes are disclosed in the written approval and at checkout before payment.

A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit of the total retreat price reserves a confirmed spot. The remaining 50 percent is due 14 days before arrival. If your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at booking. All guests must be fully paid before attending.

Activities require advance coordination and provider availability. A bed does not guarantee every activity for a late request. Our team must confirm availability before payment.

You agree to respect the property, staff, other guests, and local community.

You are responsible for assessing your own health, fitness, and travel readiness for the experiences you select. You are responsible for required travel documents, vaccinations, and insurance.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Excursions, transportation, and other activities may be provided by third party operators. Casa Del Soul is not the operator of these third party activities and is not responsible for them.

All site content, imagery, and branding belong to Casa Del Soul and may not be reproduced without permission.

You may not use this site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Del Soul is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these policies from time to time. The version in effect for your booking is the version you accepted at submission.
