    A ground transfer from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) to Puerto Viejo, typically about 4.5 to 5 hours depending on traffic, weather, and road conditions. For scheduled retreats, book an international flight arriving at SJO by 11:00 AM on the retreat arrival day to join the coordinated group transfer.     A domestic SANSA flight from San José to Puerto Limón (LIO) takes about 40 minutes, followed by a separately coordinated ground transfer to Casa Del Soul. Leave at least three hours between your international arrival and domestic departure, and confirm current schedules directly with the carrier.
