Before you write

How do I book a retreat?
Choose a package (Essential, Signature or Premier) on the reserve page and pay the 50% deposit securely through Stripe; the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Adventure retreats, couples escapes and celebrations start with a request and a written proposal instead.

Do you offer airport pickup from San José?
A coordinated group transfer may be available for eligible retreat dates for guests arriving by 11 AM; details are confirmed after booking. Transportation is not included unless your package says so.

How quickly will you reply?
Messages are answered as soon as the team is available, usually within a day or two. For anything urgent during a stay, use the contact details in your booking confirmation.
