This policy explains what information Casa Del Soul collects, how it is used, and your choices.

These policies apply to confirmed bookings. Submitting a request does not create a reservation and is not binding until your request is approved in writing and the required payment is cleared. The required payment is the 50 percent deposit when your booking is confirmed more than 14 days before arrival, or the full amount when your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival.

When you submit a booking, celebration, consultation, or contact request, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, preferred dates, guest count, retreat or celebration type, package, room preference, optional interests, and your message. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address.

We use your information to review availability, prepare a written approval or proposal, confirm your booking, coordinate your retreat, and respond to your inquiries. We use newsletter email addresses only to send retreat updates you consented to receive.

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and process requests. Payment information is handled by the payment processor once connected. Casa Del Soul does not store complete card details. Card details are processed on the processor secure infrastructure.

The site may use cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Request and inquiry records are retained as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers can request removal at any time through the Contact page.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Internal notification recipients are stored server side and are not exposed in the public site.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through the Contact page. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
