Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how deposits, payment, cancellations, transfers, and refunds work for retreat bookings at Casa Del Soul. Private celebration bookings are custom and are governed by the terms in their confirmed proposal.

These policies apply to confirmed bookings. Submitting a request does not create a reservation and is not binding until your request is approved in writing and the required payment is cleared. The required payment is the 50 percent deposit when your booking is confirmed more than 14 days before arrival, or the full amount when your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival.

Dates are confirmed only after written approval and cleared payment. No reservation is created when you submit a request, and no payment is taken until your request is approved.

A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit of the total retreat price reserves a confirmed spot. The remaining 50 percent is due 14 days before arrival. If your booking is confirmed 14 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at booking. All guests must be fully paid before attending.

Activities require advance coordination and provider availability. A bed does not guarantee every activity for a late request. Our team must confirm availability before payment.

Guest cancellation must be submitted in writing to Casa Del Soul through the Contact page.

If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, we refund amounts paid above the 50 percent deposit.

If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, no refund is due.

If you do not arrive, or you depart early by choice, no refund is due for unused days or activities.

If your canceled spot is filled at the same price, we refund your original payments minus our actual unrecoverable costs for that booking, capped at the amount you paid.

If Casa Del Soul cancels, you receive a full refund including your deposit.

If Casa Del Soul reschedules, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to the new dates.

Nothing in this policy waives any right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, and travel disruption.

If circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as natural disaster, epidemic, government travel restriction, or other event of force majeure) prevent a retreat from going ahead, the terms under If Casa Del Soul cancels and If Casa Del Soul reschedules still apply. If Casa Del Soul cancels as a result, you receive a full refund including your deposit. If Casa Del Soul reschedules as a result, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to the new dates.

Refund timing depends on your bank and the payment processor.
